DAY ONE

Together in one room, regardless of role or responsibility, everyone is invited to look at the characteristics of leadership in a deeper way.

DAY TWO

On day two, the company’s executives, leaders, and managers are equipped with tools to better care for their teams, develop others, and lean into gracious accountability.

These sessions aren’t surface-level, motivational pep talks. They are immersive, interactive workshops which weave impactful, leadership coaching with storytelling, humor and vulnerability. The Summits have been crafted to unlock long-term change and build cultural connection — both of which drive job performance and create an environment where everyone thrives.

The space between learning something new and putting it into practice is unique and looks different for everyone. That space is so unique there's actually a name for it: liminal space. To help navigate that liminal space and develop individualized leadership voices within your company, ongoing support is also available.

COMPANY KEYNOTE PRESENTATION

Written to support the overarching message or theme of a company meeting. This keynote will be designed to inspire and align the team around the meeting's focus.

CONFERENCE BREAKOUT SESSION

In smaller settings, breakout sessions provide an opportunity to go deeper into a conference’s theme or will be crafted as stand alone conversations around leadership, coaching and investment in teams.

CONFERENCE KEYNOTE PRESENTATION

Kickstart a conference or end an event with a reinforced message. A conference keynote presentation will be tailored to challenge and inspire attendees to take what they’ve learned in recent days and incorporate it into how they lead others.

You can only take people as far as you’ve gone; go further. With a focus on professional development, these sessions are an opportunity to really examine how others experience you as a leader and elevate your professional skill set.

CONSULTING
